Holly has been in the Alive at Last program for over a year. She first engaged with Alive at Last after arriving at a shelter following her incarceration. Since she was trafficked, she is on probation through the prostitution diversionary court system. The weekly small group that started as a court-mandated requirement soon became life-giving for Holly. Each week she looked forward to the next Alive at last small group.
Recently, Holly bravely shared her journey with our team which we highlighted at the Shine The Light Gala on May 4th. Most women like Holly return to a life of exploitation up to seven times; going back to all they know, former contacts, and their former mode of survival. But because of our Christ-centered program offering long-term relationships Holly’s future is bright.
