Allison, a survivor story

“I was scared to share anything, and I wasn’t big on God. After a few classes, I began to open up and learn about God. I learned tools to help me overcome the trauma. I became in touch with God began to pray a little. The ladies helped me work through some issues. I am truly grateful for them. My life has changed in many ways. I no longer live in fear. I love myself again. I see the beauty in my life and a bright future.”

Cindy, a survivor story

“I know that I am loved and forgiven by God no matter what other people have tried to convince me of in the past. I’m accepted and perfectly made in His image. I no longer have to be around negative people anymore. I can love myself and know that God loves me.

Now that I have knowledge about how to live a life I’m proud of and how I can be happy. I can now help others who are suffering and struggling with trauma and abuse. I can lead them into a new life and a new way of thinking.

I love this ministry and recommend it to anyone who has experienced any abuse, trauma and neglect, anyone who wants to love themselves for who they are. I’m no longer a slave to my past! My mission statement is “I rise by lifting others.”

Anna was a Survivor and wrapped her experience up in a single sentence,

“I was just existing. I wasn’t living. Now I feel alive for the first time.”
